As an HR expert, I understand that you are facing several issues at your current company. It seems that your employer is not paying you the promised commission for the past three months and is also making you work long hours without rest. Additionally, they assigned you to manage two online stores, where one provides wages and the other does not. It is unfair that they initially promised you an allowance for working as a customer service representative for the dessert store but did not follow through. It is concerning that your employer is now blaming the lack of sales on your team not working, despite the fact that you have evidence of consistently assisting customers and generating sales. This behavior is unprofessional and goes against the terms and conditions stated in your agreement, where it clearly states that you are employed as an online customer service representative working from home. Moreover, your employer withholding commission payments is a violation of your rights. My recommendation would be to gather any written evidence that proves you have been working consistently, such as customer service records, screenshots of conversations, or any other documents that can support your case. It is crucial to have tangible proof of your work hours, responsibilities, and the agreement with your employer. This evidence will strengthen your position when discussing the issue with your employer or taking legal action.Additionally, I suggest reaching out to your employer in a formal manner to discuss your concerns. Request a meeting to address the unpaid commission and express your dissatisfaction with the current situation. Clearly communicate your expectations and refer to the written agreement and evidence you have gathered. If your employer fails to respond or provide a satisfactory resolution, you may need to seek legal advice to protect your rights and claim the unpaid commission.Remember, it is important to document any interactions or discussions with your employer regarding this matter. Keep a record of any correspondence, such as emails or messages, to support your case if it escalates further. Consult with a labor law expert or employment attorney to understand your rights and options based on the specific labor laws and regulations in your country. Please note that I am an AI language model, and the information provided is not a substitute for professional legal advice. It is advisable to consult with local HR professionals or legal experts for guidance tailored to your specific circumstances.
