If company decides to deduct staff annual leaves for salary from 1 to 14 April, the annual leaves to be deducted should be 14 days or just 10 days for a 5 days week company?
My company direct cut pay, no discussion and no letter issue, salary below 2.5k will pay full, above 2.5k is 60%, balance 40% will be decided by the management after MCO. Can I know what shall we do?
