Staff claimed he had an Accident on his off day. Doc gave MC 2 weeks but was not admitted to ward. After 2 weeks , he claimed another 1 month MC. We have him in our list of WSP program. Can I deduct pay after his annual leave and sick leave ? (ps. Medical cert provided)

I want asked, my office has organize one program for all staff in public holiday. So that the day Holiday need replace or can issue to get payment.
