Is HR will tend to choose a fresh graduate from a private college?
Because I see fresh graduates from private colleges have more potential to get a job compare to those studies at a local university.
Why lazy colleague can get higher pay?
My colleague is lazy and does much lesser work than me but he has a higher rank in office and gets a higher salary, shouldn’t salary be based on effort and workload?
