Should I put my current and expected salary in my Resume?

Hello everyone. I'm currently looking for another job and in the midst of doing my resume. And I'm kind of curious about the expected and current salary part. Some of my friends did say that its better to not put inside your resume to increase the chance for the interview but some said the other way round.

Never put your current salary. Some HR will just take it as a strong referance and it will constrain you to seek for higher pay.

Its ok to just put either one. But for my experience right, its better to just put the expected salary only ( normally 10~20% higher than your current one). If you put your current salary, its will disadvantage you as the HR wont go beyond the range.
