If my resume is writing chinese version ,is it automatic change to english when employer using english version ?

the best ways to go is if the employer description is in English better have your resume in English

I believe you're mentioning Ricebowl job portal right? From what I know, the resume will not translate it to English version. So, I will recommend you to upload your resume in English.
