Age should not be the only determining factor when hiring someone. It is important to evaluate the candidate's experience, skills, and performance rather than solely looking at their age. It is unfortunate that the HR person you interviewed with had a narrow mindset when it comes to age. As an HR expert, I would advise you to continue to seek out companies that value your experience and skills, and not let ageism discourage you from finding a fulfilling career. Age diversity in the workplace is important for creating a well-rounded and inclusive environment, and companies should be encouraged to hire based on merit, not just age.
