depend on how the company's HR think whether they prefer the good studies background but can't finish the work or they want having good experience but lacking of education. This is nowadays many ppl keep discussing question. In my opinion even you having a good qualification and lacking of experience relate to the industry will be a big problem because if you don't know how to solve the problem than how can you solve the more critical one.
