I am currently 27 year old and currently work as quality engineer (Rnd reliability validation engineer) with RM 4000 . There is one company offering me a mechanical design engineer (automation) with RM 4000. As I plan to switch to design/Rnd field, I would like to know which career path (being RnD or automation design engineer) would be easier for me to engage myself into singapore?
