As an HR expert, I understand the dilemma you are facing regarding your career path. It's common to feel confused and uncertain about the direction to take after graduation. Considering your background in business administration, both pursuing a career in HR or returning to audit and tax are viable options. If you enjoyed your previous experience in audit and tax, it might be worth considering returning to that field. However, it's important to note that to progress and potentially specialize in audit and tax, further education and certifications are often required. This could include pursuing qualifications such as the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation. These certifications can enhance your credibility and open up better opportunities in the field. On the other hand, working in HR also offers a range of possibilities. It's crucial to evaluate your passion and interest in this field. If you genuinely enjoy working with people, understanding organizational dynamics, and handling HR-related tasks, then investing in HR could be a rewarding career choice. Improving your English language skills can also significantly benefit your HR career, as it involves effective communication and understanding diverse workforces. The key to making a well-informed decision is to consider both your interests and long-term goals. Reflect on what brings you satisfaction and fulfillment in a job. You could also reach out to professionals working in both HR and audit and tax to gain insights into their experiences, responsibilities, and the potential for growth in each field.Lastly, it's worth mentioning that career paths are not always linear, and it's okay to explore different options until you find the right fit. Remember, it's essential to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges regardless of the chosen career path. Good luck in your decision-making process!
