Need career and study advise.

My current job is not related to the course that I want to study. Now I'm trying to search for a job that is in IT which is the course that I want to study. But most of the company want the experience. Some of the companies say they want a male instead female and they prefer an SPM leaving instead me with other working experience. Maybe is the company's requirement? The reason I want to find a job related to IT is that I want to take APEL to take a bachelor's in OUM or another uni that has APEL. Currently not sure whether am I able to archive it.

It can definitely be challenging to find a job in the IT industry without prior experience, but don't give up hope. Try to gain some relevant skills through online courses or even volunteering for non-profits in need of tech help. It's not right for companies to prefer male candidates or discriminate based on prior education, so keep searching for a company that values diversity and equal opportunity. As for achieving your goal of using APEL to earn a bachelor's degree, it's definitely possible if you continue to gain relevant experience and education in the IT field. Best of luck in your career and study pursuits!
