I have been getting a warning letter from company due to post something at social media that violates company policy. Although my company say there will be no further action from them and they only issue a warning letter to me. My current salary is 5k and today i get a new offer of 6k. Should i leave? As i haven't get the bonus yet (bonus usually release on January) and do you guys think the warning letter will affect my annual increment and bonus? Actually the reason i wish to left is because the company is too political. And i am worried of the warning letter affect my future in here including promotion and increment.
