环境吧，如果那个环境是很toxic，我会考虑辞职

当老板或者经理开始micromanage的时候

很怕toxic的老板和同事，感觉活在这些politics里面就会很辛苦

遇到老板玩针对也是很累的

做得不开心，或工作上存在很多，又解决不到，又或者，和同事之间产生矛盾！
