是否应该告诉上司自己患上焦虑症

长期睡觉做噩梦,最近去看了医生。医生说我有焦虑症,也有开点药给我。当下询问了医生吃了药会不会影响工作。医生说不会 因为只是晚上睡前吃一次。吃了药后确实睡觉没发那么多噩梦了,但是早上工作时间 会感觉是不是有点晕 加上一直打哈欠。整个人很恍惚 不能集中工作。上司问我是不是不舒服 我也不知道是不是应该和他说我目前的情况。今天他问我是不是不舒服时 我只是说有点头晕 并没有说出我有焦虑症因为吃了药而头晕。
