只要我不在公司就有大事发生…

我是一个90后auntie, 在一家上市公司担任2年的文员,有负责规划有负责文书。公司大老板不错,今年得知我因为薪金问题想辞职而升职加薪,也一并让所有老员工升级。我在去年很努力工作,我一直记得要事事有交代,件件有着落。但今年部门增加了很多人手,我的小老板也换了另一个。刚开始他还满意我的工作,后来大家都争着做领导者,而我非常缺乏气场,导致我的工作从一个指挥官降级至文员,不过薪金保持不变。 我的同事各个口才很好,气场大,即使他们管理不当都没人在意,都让我服从他们没有他们服从我,因此我怎么做都做不好。小老板也知道这件事但他不想插手。有时候我本可以做好一个project ,但是每当遇到我想指派工作同事A就推,最后小老板换同事A 负责project, 权利给他,依然责任在我… 我当负责人时需要承担责任,不当负责人时也需要承担责任,我很厌倦所有事情都让我揽,还不给我一定的权利或支持。甚至后来还把我拉出project team,给我其他工作。当我病了没去上班,小老板就“叮嘱”我一定要找人交接,其实我跟同事B 交代过,只是她已读不回。 但我承认目前由于我厌倦同事的不配合,以至于我有时候也摆烂,所以同事们对我的印象可能不好。我之所以摆烂其实也是为了从犯错中多看尽每个人的反应,以便我将来去新加坡工作时可以避雷。现在我感觉就是做了我该做的,如果没有承担其他同事的责任,我就是错的,因为小老板会认为是我的责任。就算他在meeting 中自己也分清楚工作了,他会以“互相帮忙”为由让我既没有权利,还要承担责任。当轮到其他同事没有协助我,他却无法改善。我甚至和颜悦色把他说过“谁负责谁的工作”复述一次,他马上U-Turn 改口供。而这时也有员工说我的指示一直反反复复,因此小老板更加不信任我。但我回想觉得好奇怪,整个project 明明我试图配合大家,是大家一直在改进方案,最后又说是因为我的指示反反复复所以员工投诉我? 我现在想问问广大网友,究竟是什么环节让工作变得如此辛苦?我要怎么成为职场上的魏璎珞?
