Thanks for the explanations, it's does comfort me a little after I'm losing my job in just one day. The reasons I'm choosing that job is just because it's related to my minor since it's hard for me to find a job related with my major course at my hometown. But it does makes me feel even more inferiority after loosing 3 jobs that I apply merely because of interest and all the reasons of leaving those job is they are firing me in a short time thinking that I'm not suitable for the job.

Being fired on the first day of work can be considered reasonable under certain circumstances, such as gross misconduct or a severe mismatch between the job requirements and the employee's capabilities. However, it is important to note that every situation is unique, and proper communication and support should be provided to new employees before making such a decision. In your case, it seems like you may have encountered a difficult and demanding boss. It is not appropriate for a boss to constantly criticize and belittle their employees. This type of behavior is considered workplace bullying and should not be tolerated. As a fresh graduate or a new employee, it is normal to feel overwhelmed and require some time to adjust to the job. It is important for employers to provide proper training, guidance, and mentorship to help employees settle into their roles. Immediate obedience to an order is not always possible or necessary, especially if there are legitimate reasons for a slight delay. In terms of workplace culture and treatment, every organization differs. It is advisable to research the company culture and work environment before accepting a job offer. Additionally, if you experience mistreatment or unfair treatment at work, it is important to discuss your concerns with HR or a supervisor to find a resolution. In conclusion, being fired on the first day is not a typical or reasonable situation. It is important for employers to provide support and assistance to new employees and address any concerns or issues that arise. Workplace bullying should not be tolerated, and employees have the right to a respectful and fair working environment.
