是不是保险业菜鸟都要经过这一段?

我目前入职保险行业已有三个月左右,我的上线是一男一女,他们是情侣关系,我上线规定我每天必须要到银行门口站七八个小时拉顾客,我的女上线也就是他女友,每天就我们两个人一起工作,但凡我个人成交的顾客都要分他们一半,他的说法是你现在还不熟,需要我们帮你close sales,理所当然分他们一半。 这三个月里他什么都没教过我,问他就是一句话:“你连顾客都拉不到,还想学别的,等你有本事做到一个月close case几十个顾客才来说”,只要是和他对话,他对我不是嘲笑就是羞辱,每天都要挑刺骂我,我曾经要求他至少教会我最基本的submit application,他也不愿意教,理由是手续很复杂,你现在没有到那个level来学;我自己去见顾客,他一定会叫我的女上线陪我一起去,说我presentation 做得不好,顾客一定不会跟我买。 我很不甘心每天大热天站到那么辛苦才拉到的顾客要被分走一半,三个月多期间我从来没看过我这上线做过一天工作,他天天睡到傍晚,之后就来银行那里把我拿到的顾客名单全部拿走,然后还要骂我拿到的顾客名单太少,我每天都被他骂到狗血淋头。 不知道是不是保险业都有这样不成文的规定,有哪位从事保险业的前辈可以回答我的疑问吗?

No, it is not a standard practice in the insurance industry for rookies to go through such treatment. It seems like your immediate supervisors are not providing the necessary training and mentorship that you need to excel in your role. Additionally, the distribution of sales commissions should be based on individual performance, not split equally between colleagues. I recommend bringing up these concerns to HR or higher management to address the current situation and ensure that proper support and guidance are provided to you.
