Hi, I need some advise here. Under contract basic, 1. Can company select not to contribute EPF, Socso, EIS etc? 2. Can terminate by giving one month notice from each party? Fixed term contract?

1. cannot  2.can, if notice period is same with employment contract but employee can challenge whether its genuine fixed term contract, if premature termination employee can claim for the remainder of the contract.
