Probationers' no sick leave?
Could you please advise that during probation period is the company allowed not to provide the sick leave to the employee? And also how about the medical claim? Thanks
Sick leave is entitlement for staff as per labour law. Medical coverage is necessity. Either company can provide medical coverage or company to reimburse staff medical claim.
