May I know, if an employee on probation has taken 01 MC and now asking unpaid leave. Leave entitlement is only upon confirmation of employment. What's your advice. Tq

You can allow them to take unpaid leave during probation, provided you can remind your employee to back up pending task on following day and how impact to their performance if taking leave frequent within probation - extend probation, reminder etc..
