Hi, is it ok to lie/ being too honest during job interview (eg, experiences, qualities, skills)? Need advices please.

I'm from the family business background and I may consider I'm 'fresher' in the work society, unfortunately I lost my job in the Covid pandemic in last year, and I'm actively searching for a job to maintain my life. I have attended so many job interviews, but none of them are successful. I always practice the interview, review and learn from mistakes. Is it because that I'm an introvert, not very good in expressing, I always felt very nervous and not very confident in speaking with the interviewer. I'm very honest and truthful person that don't like to tell lies, even I don't have the enough experiences, software skills etcs from their job requirements but I always tell the interviewer that I'm coachable, and eager to learn, and have the process right qualities would be a good fit for their firms. I understand the pandemic and highly competitive makes it more difficult to land a job in Account and Finance role, but I still not giving up in persuading a dream job and continuing my accounting career.

Hi, it is better for you to be honest than you lie to the interviewer. Speak more on your previous job experiences will be impressive to them.
