Same job advertisement after company rejected my application

Any HR expert? I have doubt tha the company still posting the same job position altho they rejected my job application? Meaning to say they are not able to find the suitable candidate for the job position?

Hi, I'm not an HR expert but according to your story telling that you have been rejected. There is the most two frequent reason why being reject. 1st your resumé doesn't match the requirement. 2nd you doesn't include enough details like your personal details. It is often that we miss to put certain important detail for the company. To make it available for the interview you need to have both steps double checked.
