Can we accept resignation without a notice period during probation?

Hi, can we accept resignation letter from probation staff, with immediate effect, no need to work for notice period. like he sent resignation on 20th April, and we accept immediately.

suppose that staff need to follow offer letter. if said 30 days. so he need wait 30 days. but if office dont mind, then yes you can just accept

As i know so far, yes you can. just reply a letter said accepted it if probation.
