Dear all, anyone know if my serving notice is two months, but I am requested to leave early which serve 1.5months only, my manager already agreed. before I leave , I have two days AL , month end when I receive payslip from ex-co, I noticed they didn’t pay me the two days AL, I call to ask and they told me if I requested to leave early, company has right to forfeited my AL. I am wonder, I served 1.5 months, company has agreed my suggestions and they also deducted my half month salary as well( usually salary calculation is basic / 26days but what they told me if I didn’t work fully month, they are using basic /31 days) . Ok, fine. I’m not argued with them. But they are offset my AL due to they say I’m the person who requested leave early, so AL will be forfeited. Is labor law got this such thing?
