Can staff refuse to sign Pms forms for KPI review?
HOD did not go through the reviews and unfair remarks were made. Then HOD resigned n left. New HOD needs the forms signed, employee unhappy.
Its not about signing the doc. Its about the review. They are HR and new hod presuring to sign. They need to sort out. You cant force people to sign any documentation. Best thing is to have a review again.
