How to Calculate Resignation Notice Period in Malaysia?
I’m planning to resign but a bit confused about the notice period.
My contract states a 2-month notice period, but how exactly do I count my last working day? If I submit my resignation on 28 Mar, when should my last day be?
Also, can I use my annual leave to offset my notice period? And what happens if I leave earlier than required—will my salary get deducted, or do I have to pay compensation?
