Actually I gave my employer about 2 months notice. Then 2 weeks before my last day, I sent a reminder email. My manager came into my office and started asking me a bunch of questions.

She claimed she never got the 2 month notice, which I showed her. She had not stated to look for a new person and was upset that I would not be there to train the new person. She wanted another 2 months notice.

But I need to left a week later for my new job. Can I just ignore my current boss?
