Should I resigned?

Management doesnt like me and doesnt want to know more about me and direct blame me for mistake that not even created by me. Sometime asking for clear direction for work purpose but eventually no respond from management, some more some one will talk behind of you toward management to get involve on my job function. Although this is not her scope but from my observation management would like received the resignation letter from me as all the while no clear direction being given to me. And never reply anything for all my question. Is very difficult since decision maker is not me but is boss.

It sounds like you are facing a challenging situation at work. In such cases, it can be helpful to approach the issue from a problem-solving perspective. Here are a few suggestions:1. Assess the situation: Take some time to evaluate the reasons behind your strained relationship with management. Identify specific instances where you feel misunderstood or blamed for mistakes that were not your own.2. Document your concerns: Keep a record of instances where you have sought clear direction from management but received no response. Additionally, note any instances where someone may be undermining your job function.3. Request a meeting: Schedule a meeting with your immediate supervisor or HR representative to discuss your concerns. During this meeting, present your documented concerns and try to understand their perspective. It's important to maintain a calm and constructive approach.4. Seek clarification: In your meeting, express your need for clear direction and ask for specific guidance on how to improve your working relationship with management. This can help pave the way for better communication moving forward.5. Explore alternatives: If your working conditions do not improve or if you continue to face unfair treatment, consider exploring other job opportunities within or outside the organization. Leaving a job should be a last resort, but it's important to prioritize your own well-being and professional growth.Remember, this advice is general, and it's important to adapt it to your specific situation. It can also be helpful to consult with a career coach or seek guidance from a professional who can provide personalized support. Good luck!
