应该留下还是坚持走人?

在公司做了两年 因为上司的刁难决定丢信走人。顾客介绍了的公司也签了LO。结果在丢信的前一天 公司宣布升职加薪 新的人事调动将打压我的上司分配出去 目前我的部门就只剩下我 可以直接对接老板 也会由我负责来带新人。这是我之前丢信没有想过会发生的变动 在我开口之前公司除去了我之前决定离职的理由。新公司规模偏小 部分顾客群也反应不轻易去转换新的供应商。 现在我该去新公司重新开始 还是留下来在尝试一次?
