What to say if my boss ask if he should hire someone else?
He said he wanna lighten my burden, but Idk if it's a trick...

2) Duration - Temporary or Permanent?
3) Manpower Planning - Hiring Budget, salary etc.
4) Internal Equity - Can we promote/reallocate staff internally, instead of hiring externally?
