What should I do if FW finish contract and back to country?

Foreign workers (FW) that finish contract during this month and they prefer to fly back, What should I do?

For FW contract ended, most of the airlines are cancelled flights scheduled outside country. Even though got checkup memo. The FW also not able to fly back to their country.
