Dear HRs, for retirees who which to continue working after 60, usually will be yearly contract. In your organization, what is the term used...is it fix term contract or contract for service. Pls share...tnx

Yea we are using fixed term contract as renewal basis

Usually contract for service is use for agent or contractor (self employed). Whereas for contract of service is use for employee and employer relation also known as fixed term employment contract
