What should do if the company owe staff salary and EPF?

If the Sdn bhd bankruptcy, company owe staff salary and EPF, can we sue company director or shareholder? Director & shareholder are the same people.

Industrial court will take long time to process. Some people form a group and report to JTK & they will help. But still it will take time. I came across a few individual cases that prolong for years, depending on how much complex the cases are.
