Hi We have employee reaching retirement age. May I know what is the proper procedure to inform the employee. 1) do we need to prepare letter informing about the retirement? Need notice? Thanks

Prepare a official letter. Can figure out any retirement benefit to be given. Inform statutory on retiring employee.
