Dear All, my company falls under essential so we actually WFH and some day present to office during this MCO. And we met the requirements for temperature screening and minimize 50% manpower in workplace. Do we still need to arrange workers for health screening? by Safety Dept or HR dept?

I visited factories in march. After temperature checking they will put a green sticker dot on your pocket so that when u enter all inside knows u have been checked

The temp check mist be done properly. All employee must sign off beside their temp record. This is an important doc to be maintained if DOSH came in to inspect.

Minimum is temperature checking at the entrance. I dont that one is too hard to do.
