大家可以接受toxic的工作环境吗?

想请问大家可以接受toxic的工作环境吗?还是眼不见为净就好?我刚进新工就看到同事之间喜欢说别人的坏话,可是表面又好像相处得很好那样,真是看不下去。不只是部门与部门之间,就连自己部门的人也会在背后说坏话,可以想象他们应该也会趁我不在的时候说我。 工作明明很多,不知道为什么这些人有时间说人家坏话,但是都不肯拿来好好完成工作。我觉得听到这些话,心情也会受影响,所以在考虑着辞掉这份工作了。大家觉得呢?
