For the monthly based calculation: Monthly basic pay (example RM1200) / the day of the month (example 31days) = get ur salary per day (RM38.71) If the month ur work day is 26, must add the 5 days rest day as your monthly salary. Total pay day must 31 days. Except if you absent in ur work day. Therefore, RM38.71 x 31 days then you get your monthly salary total is RM1200. But if your contract is using daily based it will be some different in the salary calculation. So you may double check your contract as well. Have a nice day~
