Direct call clinic to ensure the employee went to the clinic? If for the certain employees we know he habitual taken mc it should la ...what do u think if your hr assistant practice this same to you?

nope am mc once during period thats y as hr mgr we develop the policies end up assistant check and double confirm wt clinic on next day or same day(after we submit mc chit)
