How to claim for SOCSO for employer that are under coma?

I have a question to ask regarding socso claim. One of my employee met an accident when she is on her way back from work and she is in coma until now. Is there any time frame for us to report this case to Socso office? within 48 hours or 1 month?

They encourage the deduction of  calculation by using calendar days of the month instead of 26 days. But personally, there is no right or wrong like others said. Coz your company practice is 26 days with standard across of other calculation. So, I guess it should be fine

As to my previous knowledge, SOCSO advised me to just lodge the report first with whatever documents you have in hand. Any other required documents needed in the future, they will send you a letter requesting or it.
