Can staff takes replacement leave by installment basis?

Can we get the staff to sign the acknowledgment letter to have their replacement leave by installment basis? What if they don't agree? 
Is it OK to assume that the company don't have a policy on Replacement Leave buyout?

If it's fair and mutually consensual why not? As long as ur staff is not part of a collective agreement, I think it's fine.
