If paid employee already, is it we cant apply ERP

Do we have to fill Unpaid Leave duration from 18/3-14/4? Anyone knows if we have paid our employee, does it mean we could not apply this fund? ERP?

My view on this is not saying unpaid leave has to start from 1 March. It is referring to the notice of unpaid leave can be given anytime after 1 March. However, this is purely my view, we can only get more clarifications from Perkeso when we can.
