如果25与40岁的人 加OT做六天 一天12小时=RM6500 (一定有OT,肯定的薪水) vs 做Team Lead/Supervisor/Assistant Manager 五天工,8小时 (No OT) RM5500 你觉得他们应该选择哪一个?一样or不一样? 为什么?
