How to deal my late salary?

In my 6-month probation, I received my pay on time 28th. But after probation, my paid received after the 7th.  I thought it happen to me, actually no cuz my manager also late salary too. My manager previously received my salary 2 months late. Currently, I haven't received my May salary, but HR says the salary will receive before the 7th.  Currently not sure how to deal with the company.
