Served a company for 2 years, but still didn't have any increment for my salary.

I work as a videographer in a real estate agency for 2 years. However, my salary doesn't have any increment. Does anyone of your get increment from your company every year?

It depends, not all company have yearly increment. Since you have been working with your current company for 2 years, you can try to ask for increment [in a mannerly way] and discuss this topic Face-to- Face (only you and Person In Charge).
