3个月的工作经历要放进resume吗？上一份工作在试用期前就离职了

放的话怕被问，为什么这么快就不做了。不放的话，又很难解释空窗期。应不应该放？

放就要好好解释，不放就要想个好理由，怎样掩盖它。

其实要不要放都可以，主要是你给出来的理由是可以被面试官接受的
