短短两个月感觉快被新人取代了

我在小公司做了2年多,因为我的职位比较难请到人,请了很久终于在大概2个月前请到了新人。虽然我已经算是半个老鸟,做上手了也不会出大错,但是新人的到来给了我危机感。他学东西很快,才短短两个月感觉都快赶上我做2年多的经验了,而且他工作够细心手脚又快,领悟能力很好,又很快可以融入同事。总之他整个人就很适合这份工作,而我感觉自己各个方面都比不上一个新人,越来越可有可无那样,我是不是该干脆辞职算了,在公司决定把我踢掉之前?
