目前在local bank工作了3.5年, 担任backend operation executive. 因为疫情的关系本来今年的promotion拖到了明年1月. 现在收到一间foreign bank的offer, senior executive, 福利待遇年终奖都比现在好，但是要我serve short notice (2 weeks), 想要accept offer 但是怕影响我的reputation, 因为银行的圈子很小, 而且正常辞职需要serve 3months来handover.
