本人之前提了离职,已经确定自己的last day了。(这是我的第一份正职所以没什么经验,离职原因是被排挤了)请问大家,我还需要特地通知,我将在某某日走了,还是就直接在前一天说就好?当然,交接这方面我还是会尽力做好的。还有大家会马上退群吗(工作群组)?想请问大家有什么是离职前要做的吗?(除了交接)

Hi there. If i were in your position, certain degree of professionalism still has to be maintained. It shows your quality in character. You may not need to blast email to tell everyone you're leaving now (I mean now, not your last day). But as formality, it is proper to send an appreciation email to relevant co-workers during the last day. Unless they did you a serious offense, otherwise it is best to remain certain degree of professionalism, for Richard L. Evans once said "Don't let life discourage you; everyone who got where he is had to begin where he was". All the best to your new endeavour!
