Company will execute PayCut Initiatives next month, I’m expecting my salary will be cut off up to 40% from Basis Salary. Any advice??

Hi, may I know the reason for paycut is it because of the current situation? because employer can not do pay cut in their employees salary without any valid reasons.
but if it's because of the valid reasons and they actually will do deferment instead of pay cut, I suggest you to stay with your company. Not many employee actually willing to go through bad sailing together. If you can make it, they will appreciate you but again, it's all really up to you. I wish you all the best!
