Currently I works as staff accountant in MNC for almost 2 years, and found that I'm still incompetent compared to others and interested towards becoming an auditor in order to gain more practical skills and knowledge. However the salary offered from small / medium firm is low (2.2k) compared to my current salary (2.9k) and I still struggle to choose which is better career choice for me.
